How long does a detection take?

BnBDetector is built for speed. Most detection reports are generated in under 10 seconds, and many complete even faster than that.

When you enter an address and submit a detection, our system immediately begins scanning multiple data sources in parallel. The AI processes the incoming data, calculates the BnBIndex score, and assembles the report — all in real time. There is no queue or waiting list; your report is generated on demand.

In rare cases, a detection may take slightly longer if the address is in a region with slower data-source response times or if the building has an unusually large number of listings to analyze. Even in these cases, the process typically completes within 15–20 seconds.

Once your report is ready, it is saved to your account automatically. You can revisit it at any time from your dashboard without using an additional credit.
