Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Once the report generation or any download/stream of the digital product begins, the service is considered delivered and the statutory right to cancel the purchase expires. Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, or other abusive behavior.
